We want your experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible! To help with that:

• Slots are released 24th of every month at 18.00.

• If you’d like any extra services (like curls or layers), please add them when booking so we can plan enough time for you.

• For lace installs, bring foundation in your shade for the best possible results.

• Please try to arrive on time, so you can get the most out of your appointment!

• We’ll send you reminders and prep instructions to ensure you're ready for your appointment.

• Please provide the correct phone number and email to avoid any cancellations.

• If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged full price by card payment. Failure to pay the charge on time will result in an invoice sent home.

• We’re all about positive energy—respect and kindness go both ways!

• Make sure your hair (both natural and extensions!) is dry, detangled and clean!

• If you're bringing your own wig for installation, it must be dropped off at least 5 days before your appointment to allow enough time for prep.

• If you’re using hair from us, you don’t have to worry—it will be fully prepped and ready for your appointment, so you can just sit back and enjoy the process!

Your happiness is our priority! If you have any concerns about your service, please let us know within 48 hours. We’ll do our best to make necessary adjustments to ensure you’re satisfied.

• Small touch-ups may be offered free of charge at our discretion.

• These appointments must be scheduled within a week.

• Please note that all services are non-refundable, but we’re committed to making sure you leave feeling your best!
