Absolutely! Our raw hair can be bleached to #613, while our virgin hair lifts up to #27. However, bleaching and coloring require proper care to maintain the hair’s integrity, so always use deep conditioning treatments and professional-grade products to keep it healthy and vibrant.

The hair you receive is not pre-customized. However, if you want a customized look, you can book a DIY installation, which is our customisation service. If you have a regular installation appointment booked with us, customization is always included as part of the service.

The hair industry is highly oversaturated, and the demand for raw hair is at an all-time high. Because of this, we can only stand by the hair being the “raw” hair that our supplier markets it as—until we personally go and deep dive into the sourcing process in Asia. Raw hair is completely unprocessed, meaning it comes directly from the donor without chemical or steam processing. Since most donors naturally have straight or slightly wavy hair, raw straight hair is the most commonly available. However, we are in the process of sourcing high-quality textured hair that is as close to raw hair as possible.

Please note that styling can affect the final appearance of your chosen hair length. For example, curling hair can reduce its length by up to 4 inches.
We recommend opting for double-drawn hair or longer length than desired look. Keep this in mind when selecting your preferred length!

Once your order is shipped, you have 48 hours to modify it. If no adjustments are made, your package will be sent to the original address provided. We will not be responsible for any issues with delivery once it’s dispatched to the address. If we receive your item back due to an incorrect address, we will contact you and ship it to the corrected address once confirmed.After 48 hours, we cannot modify it. This includes changes to the delivery address, shipping method, or any items within the order. Please make sure all details are correct before confirming your purchase.
Shipping Courier:
After processing, your package will be handled by the shipping courier. The processing time remains the same, but the delivery period will depend on the courier. -
All shipments will require ID upon delivery. Once your order has shipped, we no longer have control over its delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen, or missing, we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier.
We do not issue refunds for orders marked as "Delivered." If your tracking shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, we suggest contacting the courier (POSTNORD) to open a claim.

To qualify for a return (within 14 days):
Products must be in their original, unused condition, exactly as received. This includes:
